1. HOSTING PARTNER
Our Hosting service provider ‘Eirbyte Ltd’ holds your personal data on servers that are located on a cloud VPS in a German datacenter using Green hydro power.
2. EMAIL PARTNER
We use Mailchimp to provide offers and updates on our services to you. They have a strict and secure data system.
3. PAYMENT PROCESSORS
When you make purchases from our site you are taken directly to our payment processor partners secure site. As such, you are no longer on our site and so we do not have any details about your credit cards or other payment details. We do NOT store your credit card number.
Stripe is one of our our payment processor partners and is the only entity who has access to your credit card number. Stripe’s services in Europe are provided by a Stripe affiliate —Stripe Payments Europe Limited — an entity located in Ireland. In providing Stripe Services, Stripe Payments Europe transfers personal data to Stripe, Inc. in the US. To ensure the adequate protection of personal data, Stripe has certified to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework.
We also use PayPal, whose security measures include firewalls and data encryption. Again we do NOT store your PayPal details.
Where your personal data is stored by us
The data that you provide to us is stored securely on data storage systems with our hosting partner (see above), as well as in spreadsheets for accounting purposes, and/or hard copy within a manual filing system. This is accessible only by us and our accountant.
Our web site contains links to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these other sites and we encourage you to read the privacy statements on other web sites you visit which collect personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected on our web site.
Most of the cookies we use are deleted from your hard disk after you have finished and exited your browser session (session cookies). Other cookies remain on your computer and allow us to identify you again the next time you visit our site.
Our ecommerce platform does not allow third-parties to collect or process personal information through our site using cookies.
We use Google Analytics to collect information about how people use this site. We do this to make sure it’s meeting our users’ needs and to improve our service. It stores information about what pages you visit, how long you are on the site and what you click on. It does not collect or store your personal information (e.g. your name or address) so this information cannot be used to identify who you are. Your IP address is shortened directly on your computer and is sent to and saved by Google Inc. in this anonymised form.
There are also cookies that store basic data on your interactions with WordPress, the software running this website, and whether you have logged in.

We use the world’s leading e-mail distribution service to send out our e-mails. The only information that Mail Chimp holds is your e-mail address and if you’ve provided it, your name. Your details are secure and neither https://ospreyvps.com/ nor Mail Chimp will EVER pass on your information to a third-party. The Mail Chimp system is fully compliant with Data Protection laws. This includes the option to unsubscribe from our mailings at any time, via the link at the bottom of each e-mail we send. The process is seamless and instant.
