Six years from end of fiscal year: personal data for accounting & financial management (receipts, purchase orders, invoices).

1. HOSTING PARTNER
Our Hosting service provider ‘Eirbyte Ltd’ holds your personal data on servers that are located on a cloud VPS in a German datacenter using Green hydro power.
2. EMAIL PARTNER
We use Mailchimp to provide offers and updates on our services to you. They have a strict and secure data system.
3. PAYMENT PROCESSORS
When you make purchases from our site you are taken directly to our payment processor partners secure site. As such, you are no longer on our site and so we do not have any details about your credit cards or other payment details. We do NOT store your credit card number.
Stripe is one of our our payment processor partners and is the only entity who has access to your credit card number. Stripe’s services in Europe are provided by a Stripe affiliate —Stripe Payments Europe Limited — an entity located in Ireland. In providing Stripe Services, Stripe Payments Europe transfers personal data to Stripe, Inc. in the US. To ensure the adequate protection of personal data, Stripe has certified to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework.
We also use PayPal, whose security measures include firewalls and data encryption. Again we do NOT store your PayPal details.
Where your personal data is stored by us
The data that you provide to us is stored securely on data storage systems with our hosting partner (see above), as well as in spreadsheets for accounting purposes, and/or hard copy within a manual filing system. This is accessible only by us and our accountant.

Newsletters
We use the world’s leading e-mail distribution service to send out our e-mails. The only information that Mail Chimp holds is your e-mail address and if you’ve provided it, your name. Your details are secure and neither https://ospreyvps.com/ nor Mail Chimp will EVER pass on your information to a third-party. The Mail Chimp system is fully compliant with Data Protection laws. This includes the option to unsubscribe from our mailings at any time, via the link at the bottom of each e-mail we send. The process is seamless and instant.
